Man charged with wounding must stay out of village

A 23-year-old man who has been charged with a section 18 wounding in Lymm, must stay out of the village pending his court hearing

Damon Tozer,  of Thornley Rd, Lymm , was also charged with attempt assault and possession of a controlled drug when he appeared before magistrates earlier this week.

He was been released on bail to reside at an address in Manchester with conditions not to enter Lymm or Thelwall.

He is next appearing at Chester Crown Court 13th July 2017.
