Man suffers serious facial injuries during beer garden altercation

A 47-year-old man received serious facial injuries when an altercation involving a number of people broke out in the beer garden of a Lymm pub.

The incident took place just before 11pm on June 1, when an altercation occurred in the beer garden area of The Golden Fleece, involving a number of people.

A 41-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the incident and Warrington CID are continuing the investigation.
