MOTORISTS have been warned to expect rush hour chaos in Warrington this morning.
In addition to the ongoing works on Knutsford Road, which have been causing hold-ups all last week, today sees the first day of a week long closure of the Cantilever Bridge at Latchford and there have also been accidents on all three local motorways.
Two lanes of the M62 have been closed between junction 11 at Birchwood and junction 10 for the M6 at Croft following a crash.
Traffic was also delayed on the southbound carriageway of the M6 between Croft and Woolston, although this has now been re-opened.
On the M56 at Preston Brook, one eastbound lane was closed causing traffic tailbacks.
