Blaze in car compound

A FIRE that had been left to burn inside a car compound resulted in fire crews being turned out at Warrington last night.
The blaze was in a compound off Old Liverpool Road, Warrigton and two fire engines were sent to the scene.
A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters were also sent to Santa Rosa Boulevard at Chapelford Village last night when a park bin was discovered on fire. a hose reel jet was used to put it out.
A crew from Stockton Heath fire station went to Lymm Road, Little Bollington near Lymm to tackle a fire underneath a car. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
