A WOMAN driver stopped by police at Warrington early this morning was arrested after allegedly refusing to give a sample of breath after being requested to do so by a police officer.
The arrest followed a routine traffic check near the Cantilever Bridge over the Manchester Ship Canal at Latchford.
She was also held for an allegation of theft from Sainsbury’s at Warrington when it was discovered she had been circulated on the Police National Computer
