A 44-year-old man from Warrington has been charged with assault, theft and harassment offences following an incident at Cinnamon Brow.
Oliver Booth was arrested on Friday, 29 May in the Perth Close area of Warrington.
The 44-year-old has since been charged with three counts of assault of a person causing actual bodily harm, two counts of assault by beating and two counts of intentional strangulation.
Booth, of Perth Close, Warrington, has also been charged with theft from a person, criminal damage, harassment, engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour, threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place and breaching a non-molestation order.
Booth appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 6 June, where he was remanded in custody to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday 6 July.
