UPDATED: POLICE are continuing to seek witnesses following a serious collision involving an e-biker colliding into a tree in Warrington town centre on Sunday afternoon.
At around 3.50pm today, Sunday 17 May, police were called to reports of a collision on Horsemarket Street.
On arrival officers found that a 46-year-old man riding an eBike had collided with a tree.
The man was treated at the scene by paramedics and remains at the Royal Salford Hospital where his condition is described as stable.
