Bhawani’s Dental Care in Culcheth has sold for an undisclosed sum, says specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
Established in 2016, Bhawani’s Dental Care is a specialist private dental practice with two well-equipped surgeries and state-of-the-art technology.
The practice has been owned by Dr Santanu Chatterjee since 2016 and was brought to market as they were looking to step back from the day-to-day responsibility of managing the practice, but wanted to remain in a clinical capacity post-sale.
Following a confidential sales process with Cathy Murphy at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by first-time buyer and qualified Hygienist, Asad Jabbar, who has been looking for a private clinic for some time with his wife, who is a GP.
