A Vikings re-enactment event helped raise over £3,300 for the under-threat Wild Wings Birds of Prey sanctuary at Taylor Business Park, Risley, Warrington.
The Odinn-born Viking re-enactment provided a “great boost” to finances, which ARE desperately needed to save the future of the Centre.
The Viking “friends” kindly donated the monies they took for coin making and Archery. A total of £235.06.
The weekend in total raised an “amazing” £3,350.28.
A spokesperson for Wild Wings Birds of Prey said: “Thank you once again to everyone who helped make this such a success, including our Volunteers, Carole’s grandchildren. Ella & Kai. who helped with our Coffee shop and Lisa Barton Photography for her great photo’s and video.”
