Bents Garden & Home recently brought smiles to local children and their families by donating 20 sets of family tickets to Warrington Youth Zone and another 20 to Glazebury Primary School, enabling the recipients to enjoy Bents’ enchanting Alice in the Hidden Garden Light Trail.
The families enjoyed a magical and immersive experience inspired by the story of Alice and the curious creatures she meets along the way. The after-dark adventure guided the visitors through dazzling light installations, immersive soundscapes, and magical storytelling all of which are brand new to Bents this Christmas.
The donations reflect Bents Garden & Home’s ongoing commitment to supporting local initiatives and the community. Warrington Youth Zone is Bents 2025 charity of the year, and Glazebury Primary School is located just a few kilometres down the road from the Centre and it is hoped the donations created cherished memories for everyone involved.
One of the families from Warrington Youth Zone said: “We would like to thank the people from Bents for showing such warmth and kindness. As a single Mum with no family in the UK, times can be difficult. More so at Christmas when I want to provide all that I can for my children, but financially I am unable to do so.
“Being able to visit the Alice light trail at Bents was really an opportunity of a lifetime. My children and I have created some amazing memories; memories which we will forever cherish. Thank you to Bents for their kindness and thank you to WYZ for providing the transport too”.
Matthew Bent, Managing Director at Bents Garden & Home said: “Supporting our local community and giving families memorable experiences are both hugely important to us. We were delighted to see the joy on the children’s faces as they explored our light trail and to receive feedback like this from one of our visitors is just the icing on the cake!”
