IT has been another “strong year” for GCSE results at Bridgewater High School in Warrington.
Headteacher Mr K Powell said: “I am absolutely delighted to share this year’s GCSE results with our school community. Our students have worked with commitment and resilience, and today’s outcomes reflect their determination to achieve their very best.
“This has been another strong year for Bridgewater High School, with a particularly notable rise in the number of the very highest grades awarded. This achievement is a real credit to the hard work of our students and the dedication of our exceptional teaching staff, who have supported, guided, and inspired them throughout their studies.
“We also recognise the invaluable encouragement given by parents and carers, whose support has played such an important role in helping our young people to succeed.
We could not be prouder of what our students have accomplished, and we look forward to seeing them take their next steps with confidence, whether that be in further study, training or employment.
“Today is a moment to celebrate their achievements and the bright futures that lie ahead, but it is also a moment to also reflect on our students achievements, which span beyond examination grades. Whilst good GCSE results will open doors for young people, being hardworking, kind and resilient is what will make them succeed in life.
“We wish every student all the best for their next steps.”
