AN off-road bike being ridden illegally has been seized from a 14-year-old boy following ongoing issues in the Sankey Valley Park and Great Sankey area of Warrington.
Officers seized the pictured bike from the 14-year-old boy after complaints it had been ridden on the roads and pavements in the Hood Manor area.
A police spokesperson said: “We would like to thank the residents who have been in contact regarding off-road bikes being used illegally within their communities. We will continue to patrol the area and take positive action against those who act in an anti-social manner.”
As reported by Warrington Worldwide yesterday, Friday, uniformed and plain-clothed officers have been patrolling the area in response to numerous calls from the public and will continue to do so.
