Reform UK wants real change in Stockton Heath

1

REFORM UK has announced local resident Jack Thwaites as their candidate for the forthcoming by-election on Stockton Heath Parish Council.

As well as fighting the local Council by-election in Bewsey and Whitecross, Reform UK is fighting a by-election for a Stockton Heath Parish Council seat.

Mr Thwaites says he will “Bring fresh thinking and common sense to the Parish Council.”
He says his main aim, if elected, is to fight the proposed closing of local facilities by Warrington Borough Council. Proposals to close the local library and Recycling Centre are examples he points to. He also says local residents are raising concerns about parking.
Some residents he has spoken to say they avoid shopping in the village because of difficulties in parking and the increasing cost has an effect on local businesses. The Parish Council election is on July 31st.

Warrington-Worldwide is politically independent and welcomes details from other candidates standing in this or any other election. These can be sent to info@warrington-worldwide.co.uk
