TWO fire crews were called out to tackle a farmland fire at Winwick, Warrington, earlier today, Monday.
At 13:02 crews from Warrington and Stockton Heath attended reports of a fire on farmland off Hollins Lane, Winwick.
Firefighters worked with the land owner to create a fire break using a digger, while also using two hose reel jets to bring the fire under control.
The incident closed at 14:51.
