PLANS for the change of use of a mid-terrace house in Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington to a six-bedroom house in multiple occupation have been submitted to the borough council’s planning department.
Applicants are Waterview Shelters Ltd, of Exeter.
The proposal would result in a property with six bedrooms, four of them with en-suite bathrooms and two with a shared bathroom.
All the bedrooms would share a kitchen/living area.
The existing property is a four-bed house, with a kitchen/dinging area to the rear and a lounge area in the middle of the ground floor.
The property has a small front garden and a larger rear yard area. There is on-street parking to the front of the site.
Council planning officers are currently considering the proposals.
