“Specials” volunteer 177 hours assisting police in Warrington

MEMBERS of the Cheshire Police Special Constabulary again proved their value in Warrington over the weekend – volunteering 177 hours of work assisting regular police officers.
They helped deal with a fight in the street, arresting a drink driver and assisting in three other arrests.
They targeted wanted offenders and provided community anti-social behaviour patrols.
