Police launch appeals following attempted burglary and pedal cycle theft

POLICE in Lymm are appealing for help from the public following two crimes in the village involving an attempted burglary and the theft of a pedal cycle from outside the local library.

Officers are appealing for any information or CCTV footage for an attempted burglary at a property on Massey Brook Lane, Lymm on Friday night/Saturday morning.

Police are also appealing for information regarding a pushbike that was stolen from outside Lymm Library on Davies Way by a person seen driving away in a Red Vauxhall Corsa on Friday morning.
The pedal cycle belonged to one of the volunteers from the Leave No One Behind group in the village.
