TWO more COVID-19 deaths and 193 new cases as hospital admissions continue to rise to new high

TWO more COVID-19 related deaths have sadly been reported at Warrington & Halton Hospitals while inpatient numbers continue to rise to a new high.

Meanwhile, 193 (178) new COVID-19 cases take the total reported in Warrington, since the start of the pandemic, to 13,034 (12,663).

Cases in Warrington for the last seven days, previous days/updates in brackets, are 1,639 (1,613) – 780.4 (768) per 100,000 population – returning to an upward trend.
