FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a minibus fire at Birchwood and a car fire at Latchford.
At 17:12 yesterday, Thursday, one crew from Warrington, was called out to reports of a vehicle on fire at Birchwod.
The fire involved a minibus, and firefighters used two hose reels to put it out. Everyone onboard was evacuated. A thermal imaging camera was also used to check that the fire was fully extinguished.
Then at 23:49 last night, one crew from Warrington was called out to reports of a vehicle fire at Latchford.
A car on Reynolds Street was well alight on the arrival of firefighters and was extinguished with a hose reel.
