FIREFIGHTERS were called out following reports of a car on fire on the road at Appleton Thorn, Warrington.
At 10:45 one crew from Lymm attended the incident invovling a car that set on fire in the road on Barleycastle Lane.
The car was well alight on their arrival and they used two hose reels to put it out. A thermal imaging camera ensured the fire had been fully extinguished.
