A Warrington man is amongst eleven people charged following an extensive investigation into the supply of Class A and B drugs.
On Wednesday, 15 January, NWROCU detectives executed 12 search warrants across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, and North Wales.
This coordinated operation led to the arrest and charging of the following individuals:
Jack Donegan, 28, of Briers Close, Warrington was charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs and Conspiracy to Supply Ketamine.
Phil Moores, 56, of Fawcett, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A drug and conspiracy to Supply Ketamine.
John Anderson, 41, of Elmstead, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
Keith Rowlands, 59, of Maes Gwynedd, Caernarfon was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
Stephen Joel Craven, 41, of Kingsbury Court, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
Sean Windsor, 33, of Parsonage Road, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
Rob Haworth, 51, of Tulip Close, Haydock was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
Michelle Cornock, 51, of Ivydale, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug and possession with intent to supply a Class B controlled drug.
Kelvin Pledger, 37, of Harsnips, Skelmersdale was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
Mark Lloyd, 48, of Thornton Road, Worsley was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
Glen Cavanagh, 56, of Greenville Court, Cheadle was charged with conspiracy to supply a Class A controlled drug.
They have all been remanded and are due to appear at magistrates court this morning (Friday 17 January).
A 25-year-old woman from Warrington has been bailed pending further investigation.
