The building, once the local Conservative Club, prior to becoming The Bridgewater social club over a decade ago, has been closed since 2022 and requires major renovation works following a burst pipe.

Now on the market via local agents Morgan Williams the property is described as being “located in an idyllic and secluded part of Lymm Village Centre.
“It is situated along Whitbarrow Road, within easy reach of the Village Centre via a nearby underpass beneath the Bridgewater Canal.
“The Bridgewater Canal runs along the southwest boundary of the property.”

“We’ve seen how good the old bank looks in Lymm Village now that it has been renovated. We hope that the Bridgewater Club can be redeveloped and be a part of the vibrant Lymm centre.”
