A motability car driven by an unsupervised learner driver was seized by police in Warrington.
The car was stopped by Cheshire Specials last night, Sunday.
The driver claimed to be out buying a fishing magazine. Instead of fish, he caught police attention.
The driver was a provisional license holder and unsupervised. The car was seized and the driver was reported and Motability was notified for misuse of vehicle.
