Drunken mother of five spat in stranger’s face during row

AN angry mother of five from Warrington spat straight in a stranger’s face during a late-night drunken incident in the street a court heard.

Lisa Parker carried out the foul attack despite having a 12-month suspended prison sentence hanging over her for stabbing her on-off partner in the leg.

Liverpool Crown Court heard that the latest incident happened about 11.30 pm on April 29 this year in Davenport Avenue, Latchford, Warrington.

Parker, aged 27, a mother-of-five, walked into a stranger’s house in that street and was asked to leave by the owner, who was with his next-door neighbour and friend William Jupp.

She left but outside started looking into Mr Jupp’s works van and he became concerned that she might get into his house and decided to lock his gate, said Derek Jones, prosecuting.
“She got into an argument with his partner and threw a shoe towards his partner and he decided to block his own gate to stop her coming in.
“She lent forward and spat directly into his face, with saliva going all over his face and front of his head and made a second attempt to spit at him,” he said.
“The police were called and attended and found her hiding under a car in the road and she was arrested and answered no comment when questioned.”

Mr Jones said that Mr Jubb was left scared that she might have passed on a disease. “Clearly HIV was going through his mind and he was extremely worried.”
Parker, of Richmond Avenue, Latchford, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. She repeatedly dabbed away tears during the hearing.
The court heard that on July 5 last year she received a 12-month jail sentence suspended for two years after admitting wounding her ex-partner and possessing a bladed article. She was also ordered to carry out unpaid work and rehabilitation activity days.
Her barrister said at that hearing that Parker had been drinking and taking cocaine.

The same sentencing judge Garrett Byrne pointed out that he had warned her at that hearing what would happen if she re-offended during the two year period.
But after hearing from her lawyer Sion Mihangel that she had been making “relatively positive progress” since her last appearance, Judge Byrne said, “I do not want to destroy the progress made.”
Mr Mihangel said that Parker, formerly of Cairo Street Bewsey and Whitecross, was currently in temporary accommodation and would be moving in a fortnight.
Judge Byrne told her, “What you did on April 29 was disgusting, spitting in a man’s face is a revolting thing to do. The fact you were drunk is no excuse whatsoever.”
He sentenced her to a two-year community order with an alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months. He also imposed a two-month curfew between 7pm – 6 am.

    • All her kids got took off her years ago. She’s a right tramp. You’d think having all your kids taken away from you, you’d clean your act up and sort your life out for your kids, but not Lisa Parker, she’s a horrible person. The only things she’s bothered about is herself, drink and drugs. I’m surprised she never went to jail for stabbing Barry. If the judges had anything about them they’d see a stint in jail might just be the wake up call she needs.
