POLICE have arrested a man after he absconded from Thorn Cross Prison, following a six day manhunt.
Cheshire Police previously issued an appeal for information after a 43-year-old man absconded from HMP Thorn Cross last Wednesday, May 22.
The man was arrested in Lancashire by police last night.
