  1. I don’t know if alot of people are aware there is an underground culvert from the Bridgewater canal on Chester road (not far from Brian Avenue) that leads under the road surface and into Ackers pit . This is probably contributing to the flooding especially if the drains in Ackers road haven’t been cleared recently .

  2. there is also a NEW LAKE between WARRINGTON & WIDNES just pass the power station and near SPICE INDIA restaurant! ***about 50 metres of ROAD underwater!

******EMPTY THE GRIDS OF LEAVES! WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL !!

  3. The road isn’t fully open. It is controlled by an ATS because workmen are working on the footpath of the Stockton heath bound carriageway.
I also spotted a gulley sucker and workmen shifting leaves as I drove down just.
