A WARRINGTON-based theatre group is returning to the stage for the first time since Covid with what they describe as a “twisted adaptation” of a classic fairy tale.

Soup Productions will stage their new play “Little Red” at the Pyramid Arts Centre on Friday and Saturday, October 27 and 28.
The story follows Little Red on her journey to Great Nanna Jamma’s.
Along the way, she encounters dastardly wolves, an evil queen, over-protective pigs and a village full of crazy fairy tale characters.
A spokesperson for the group said: “This show is perfect for the family audience, with big bright moments for the kids and cutting comedy for the grown ups.”

Soup Productions was last on stage in November 2019 and has never returned following Covid.
Last year, their production of “Alice” had to be cancelled.
Now they are back with returning and new members, an exciting new show and plans for the future.
Evening performances of “Little Red” are at 7.30pm and there will be a 2pm Saaturday matinee.
Tickets are £12/£10 concession and can be purchased at www.ticketsource.co.uk/littlered
