MANCHESER-based Cube Homes – who will be launching the Hawthorn Grange development at Lymm next month – have strengthened their team with two new recruits.

Nick Emery has taken the role of assistant project manager while Jamie Chifficks has joined as apprentice development project manager.
The company is expecting a busy year ahead with the Lymm development and other sites coming on stream later in the year.
Cube managing director Christopher Heath said: “Getting the right people in place for this crucial time in the growth of the business has been vitally important to us and it’s
great to have attracted two such outstanding new recruits who have already made a big impression on us.
“It’s an exciting time to have them on board just as we are about to launch Hawthorn Grange.“

Cube, which is part of the Great Places Group, was founded in 2007 and has developments across the North West, along with a growing rental portfolio.
The Hawthorn Grange is a development of nine luxury homes on a brownfield site in Star Lane, Lymm. The company expect the first properties to be ready for occupation in September
