A drink drive suspect seen swerving in the road has been arrested after refusing a breath test.
The 53-year-old male was arrested yesterday morning on Froghall Lane, Warrington.
Officers observed him swerving in the road and he has now been charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath after refusing a roadside breath test.
