WHILE several areas of Warrington saw significant increases in new cases of COVID-19 in the latest small area data, the overall picture was slightly down on the previous seven days.
The latest data from Public Health England published today, August 26, show infection rates in Warrington fell slightly.
A total of 716 new cases were recorded across the town for the week ending August 21 – compared to 730 the previous week.
