Firefighters tackle two wheelie bin fires

FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle two wheelie bin fires in the Latchford area of Warrington late last night.

The first incident was at 23:18  when one fire engine attended from Penketh extinguished a wheelie bin which was well alight on Ashfield Gardens in Latchford.A hose reel was used to put out the flames.
The at 23:46 one fire crew from Penketh were called to reports of a wheelie bin well alight on Bridgewater Avenue, Westy, Latchford.
A hose reel jet was also used to put out the fire.
