Police kept busy at Lymm with numerous reports of anti-social behaviour involving youths

POLICE have been kept busy in the Lymm area this evening (Thursday) following numerous reports of anti-social behaviour involving drugs, criminal damage and groups of youths.

The first incident was at Lymm High School where police carried out high visibility patrols after lots of reports of large groups congregating on the playground area.

This was followed by numerous reports of anti-social behaviour in the Sow Brook area, where there was a “distinctive smell in the air” but no signs of anyone.
Finally, officers were called to Cherry Tree Primary School after more reports of anti-social behaviour and criminal damage being caused by youths.
High visibility patrols will continue in all areas.
