“Therefore we have organised our first ever virtual open day to safely show our community the work that we do and the equipment we use meaning people won’t miss out.
“There will be numerous videos and other informative and fun things to enjoy through social media from the comfort of your own home. All you need to do is go online and click on the link between 9am and 5.30pm this Sunday.
“You are sure to learn a lot about the life of a firefighter and the roles that we play in serving the community while also picking up some vital safety messages to keep you and your family safe.”
