FOUR days of fun are set to take place at the annual Stockton Heath Festival from July 5-8.

Now in its 11th year, the vibrant Festival is well established and much anticipated, firmly woven into the fabric of village life.

Come rain or shine there will be plenty for kids to get involved in and something for everyone to enjoy.

All ages are catered for. Starting with early learning, there is a Baby Sensory session for little ones up to age 13 months and older children can enjoy storytelling sessions, Fun French, creative crafts and activities, puppets, our annual play for Kids – Treasure Island – and Paddington 2 film. The Festival Field will come to life with face painting, the Bubble Man, the mini farm, Climbing Wall, a Balloon Maker and much more.

There are many activities for all ages and abilities including canal boat trips and a Festival workout. There is a Sports Taster and competitions to take part in and you can vote for your favourite artwork by a local artist at the Festival Art Exhibition which will be open from Wednesday 4th July at 10am in St Thomas’ Church. Many of the venues come alive at night so don’t miss out – take a look at the programme or website to see what else you can enjoy.

There are many free events and for those needing a ticket you can buy them from the Festival Box Office at the Forge in Stockton Heath, or online in the What’s On section. With the Festival just around the corner, make sure you book to avoid disappointment.
