FIRE and rescue crews used electronic cutting gear to free a casualty trapped in a wrecked car after a collision at Warrington last night.
The two-vehicle crash was in Broad Lane, Grappenhall and firefighters from Warrington went to the scene.
They had to cut the roof from one vehicle to release the casualty who was trapped inside.
An ambulance crew then took the injured person to hospital.
