Woman trapped after two-car crash

A WOMAN was trapped after a two-car crash at Warrington last night.
Firefighters had to remove the passenger door of one of the cars to release the woman, who was then handed over to paramedics and taken to hospital.
A second casualty, a man, was also tended to by ambulance crews following the crash on Longbarn Lane.
Two fire engines from Warrington Fire Station were involved in the operation.
