Four youths have been charged with arson in relation to the fire which destroyed the former Mr Smith’s nightclub at Warrington.
The three 17-year-old boys and a 15-year-old girl, were all formally charged with arson and then released on bail.
They are now due to appear at Halton Youth Court on Wednesday July 29.
No further action is to take place against two 17-year-old boys and a 17-year-old girl who were also arrested as part of the investigation.
As a result of the fire, it was necessary to completely demolish the building at Bridge Foot. The site has now been cleared and fenced off.
