Sad Cafe back on tour

SAD Cafe, once dubbed the best live band in the UK, will be performing at Parr Hall on Friday October 4.
Originally formed in 1976, the the band reunited to work on Paul Young – Chronicles, which marked the passing of their original lead singer by completing the recordings he was working on at the time he passed away.
This reunion led the band to rediscover old friendships, and they have since reformed with some new additions, and toured the UK for the first time together in Autumn 2012.
The new line-up is led by long-time members Ian Wilson, Dave Irving, and Des Tong, and augmented by Steve Whalley on guitar and vocals, and Sue Quin and Sam Waggott on vocals and keyboards. On the night you can expect to hear all Sad Café’s favourite hits, including My Oh My, Strange Little Girl, Black Rose, I’m in Love Again, the number 3 hit Everyday Hurts, and the US Billboard hits, La-Di-Da, and Run Home Girl.
Tickets are priced at £18.50. For more information, contact 01925 442345
