HOT on the heels of their first ever sell out crowd at Cantilever Park for the historic visit of Chester FC, Warrington Town are holding a “celebrate non league day” at Cantilever Park for this Saturday’s home Evo-Stik league game against Mossley.
With there being no Premier League football games due to internationals, Town are inviting all season ticket holders of Premier League and Football Leagueclubs half price admission on Saturday.
They are also inviting Warrington Town season ticket holders the opportunity to bring a friend for free.
Also, to celebrate Warrington Wolves’ Wembley success, they are also offering half price admission for all Wolves season ticket holders and Free admission to Wolf pack members.
Club Chief Executive Gary Skentelbery said: “It was fantastic seeing a full house at Cantilever Park and this is something we want to build on as we continue with our efforts to move the club forward.
“It was a great night for Warrington Town and there were a lot of new faces from the Warrington area at that game and we want them to come back for more.
“Speaking to people around the ground who were visiting for the first time, they were highly impressed by the high standard of football and said they would come back for more.
“We now want to build on this and ensure we can create another great atmosphere at the club. We are also looking at trying to increase our capacity in advance of our next big game, whenever that may be, as the ground easily accommodated 1,500 people and the game passed without incident.
“A lot of money has been spent on improving the facilities and I would urge all football fans in the Warrington area to get behind their local team.”
Warrington’s match against Mossley kicks off at 3pm. Admission is £7 for adults and £4 for concessions and £2 for Under 16s. Under 12s are FREE.
All prices are half price on production of a season ticket from a Premier League Club or Football League club, or with a current Wolves season ticket.
