A fire investigation is underway after a car fire at Padgate, Warrington last night.
Shortly after 9.30 pm one crew from Warrington was called to reports of a car on fire on Woodvale Close, Padgate.
The engine compartment of a car was on fire. Firefighters in breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to put out the flames.
They then damped the surrounding area down and requested a fire investigation into the cause.
