THEY’RE hardy folk in Warrington. The Met Office might be forecasting high winds, Storm Eleanor might be bearing down on us – but in Warrington someone must have been camping!
Unfortunately their campfire in Westbrook Way was left unattended and the fire brigade was called.
Firefighters went to the scene in a fire engine and used an extinguisher to put out the blaze.
The identity of the hardy campers has not been revealed.
