THE Daresbury Expressway near Warrington was currently closed in both directions following a collision earlier today.
Police are investigating a road traffic collision closed the Expressway between the A56 Chester Road and the roundabout at Blackheath Lane.
The collision involved a van and a car and two people have been taken to hospital.
Police have set up diversions to try and ease congestion in the area.
