A BUSY Warrington road is to be closed to traffic for two days next month while United Utilities carry out water main renewal work.
Warrington Borough Council is making an order prohibiting driving on Barrow Hall Lane, Great Sankey, from its junction with Lingley Green Avenue to its junction with Billington Close.
It will come into affect on Saturday September 5, as and when signs are in place.
An alternative route via Lingley Green, Park Road and vice versa will be signposted.
