Wolves boss calls up young half-back in a bid to end losing run

YOUNG half-back Declan Patton could make his debut for Warrington Wolves as Head of Coaching Tony Smith bids to end a four game losing streak when bottom of the table Wakefield Wildcats visit the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Saturday.
Patton aged 19, has been named in the squad in the absence of Gareth O’Brien, with Gene Ormsby also getting his first call-up of the season.
Both players have been featuring with the club’s partner club, North Wales Crusaders.
