Warrington based soft furnishing and homeware company, 4YH Textiles, is celebrating its fifth year of trading.
The business, which is run by experienced retail personnel, is going from strength to strength. They sell their goods via various channels such as eBay and Amazon, where they have over 99% satisfaction ratings, as well as directly through their own website.
Managing Director, Mike Daly, said “We started off following my redundancy from a leading North West Soft Furnishing company. It shocked us how quickly we grew and in 2 years started trading out of a purpose built warehouse in Birchwood. We pride ourselves on our experience staff and our customer service. There are not any bot’s answering customer queries and questions just retail professionals and we want to build relationships with our customers rather than being a faceless entity”.
Following on from the opening of their purpose built warehouse, they are now stocking a wide range of curtains, blinds and general soft furnishings. They are looking to build relationships with local businesses that would be interested in opening trade accounts and also tying up with major employers in the area such as the health and education services where we can offer their employees special deals 365 days a year.
