9 Spam, promotional and unimportant emails to auto delete from my inbox after 72 hours if I’ve not dealt with them – together with a bottle of Bathtub Gin
10 Clients to apologise for unreasonable behaviour and for not replying more promptly to our requests for information – together with a bottle of Brockmans Gin
11 To be approached out of the blue and featured in the local media as a top local accountant for specific local business people who say how great we are – together with a bottle of Edinburgh Gin & Rhubarb
12 To convey our confidence when talking to prospective clients about how we can help them and how our costs are an investment in order to get best advice – together with a bottle of Copperhead Gin
