One casualty treated for smoke inhalation following fire involving chiller unit

ONE casualty was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation following a fire involving a chiller unit at commercial premises at Orford, Warrington.

At 19:53 two fire crews from Birchwood and Warrington attended reports of a fire at a commercial unit on Poplars Avenue.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire involving a chiller unit.
After the fire was extinguished, crews removed the unit from the building and checked surrounding flats before leaving the scene.
One casualty was treated for smoke inhalation by firefighters before being handed over to paramedics.
