The popular Winwick Beer Festival returns to Winwick Community Centre on Myddleton Lane on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th June, promising another fantastic weekend of great drinks, live entertainment, food and community spirit.
Now firmly established as one of the village’s most anticipated annual events, the festival has become a popular attraction for residents and visitors alike. Organised entirely by volunteers, it continues to showcase the strong sense of community that makes Winwick such a special place.
The festival opens on Friday evening from around 5pm, offering the perfect opportunity to unwind after the working week with friends, neighbours and fellow festival-goers. Activities continue throughout Saturday from midday, with a full programme of entertainment, food and refreshments available throughout the day.
Visitors can enjoy an extensive range of real ales, craft beers, ciders, lagers and other drinks, alongside live music and hot food. Whether you’re a dedicated beer enthusiast keen to sample something new or simply looking for a great social event, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
Importantly, every pint poured and every ticket sold helps support The Winwick community and the work Winwick.org.uk does for local residents throughout the year. The festival is run entirely by volunteers, with proceeds going to village good causes.

The success of previous festivals has demonstrated just how much support there is for community events in the village, attracting hundreds of visitors and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the weekend.
Festival organisers are encouraging residents from Winwick, Croft, Burtonwood, Culcheth and beyond to come along and support what promises to be another memorable community event.
