POLICE have been asked to investigate following a fire in a disused building in Warrington, yesterday evening.
At 18:48 two fire engines from Warrington and Stockton Heath attended the property on Wellfield Street, Warrington.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel to extinguish the fire, and a high-pressure fan was used to ventilate the premises of smoke.
Police were informed of this incident.
