A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representations in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section (above) no later than 16 April 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
